Full Time

1) Wholesale Acquisition & Sales Manager (B2B)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Acquisition & Sales Manager (B2B) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our wholesale business by acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing wholesale accounts. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners, ensuring the growth and success of our wholesale division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new wholesale clients in line with Bamboo Switch’s growth strategy.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of wholesale contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand goals and product offerings.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Represent Bamboo Switch at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our brand and acquire new business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service is provided to all wholesale clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

What we expect:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sustainable or eco-friendly product sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must work in-office at our White Bear Lake headquarters for at least the first 6 months (remote work available after that dependent on performance)
  • Ability to work independently (yes, it means trying to find answers independently first before asking for assistance for everything)
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly products is a must
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

2) Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on social media management and a robust sales orientation. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand, drive sales, and connect with our audience. If you are passionate about sustainability and have a knack for crafting compelling content that converts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a primary focus on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand values, and drives sales
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our community
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, inform future strategies, and optimize for sales performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and grow relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and increase brand loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies

What we expect:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on social media management and sales
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and analytics tools

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR Manager to join our team. As the PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our public relations strategy, managing media relations, and enhancing our brand’s visibility. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a positive brand image, driving media coverage, and supporting our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with Bamboo Switch’s brand values and goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
  • Manage and coordinate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR activities with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, media briefings, and community outreach.
  • Handle crisis communication with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage social media platforms and online presence to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PR efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the sustainability or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationships with media outlets and influencers.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1) Seasonal Event Sales Associate/ Promoter

      What you can expect:                                                                             
      - Greet customers with a warm welcome upon entering the booth
      - Build rapport with customers through conversation to recommend specific products
      - Upsell like-products, when appropriate
      - Invite customers to stay connected with Bamboo Switch on social platforms or email
      - Restock and report inventory numbers throughout the day
      - Check for appearance and quality of products before selling
      - Ensure booth area is clean and organized throughout the duration of each shift

      - Optional: ability to travel out of state for other events throughout the duration of the summer
