The floss product is great. However, I ordered six refills and got one. I understand mistakes happen but I contacted customer service multiple times during the past two week and haven’t heard anything. So I can’t say I’d recommend ordering from Bamboo Switch.
This is the best floss. It doesn’t shred and easily slides between teeth. I like that it is black in color so you can easily see that it’s working. I can’t buy regular waxed floss again.
I've been using the charcoal bamboo floss for years, and I finally introduced it to my parents. They have become daily flossers and this is the only floss they'll use. We will never go back to anything else!

This floss is amazing. The black color is key because you can see the plaque/determine when your teeth are clean. The floss seems to be more effective in removing plaque, especially as compared to a waxier floss, and it feels comfortable on my gums.
